Autumn in Ashclyst Forest

I'm loving autumn.

Especially this kind of fun:

But I got a bit spooked when I met this tree:

  1. How exciting!! That's where we go at least once a week! (well - actually, we didn't know it was called Ashclyst forest, but if it is the woods near Killerton House then that's one of our favourite haunts!) Yes, we must certainly meet up there one day for a good old run-around. What a lovely day you had for a walk!
    Love Molly and Gertrude

  2. What a beautiful spot but we have to agree- that tree is evil looking!

    Love ya lots,
    Maggie & Mitch

  3. ....brrrrr....what a strange tree...
Wait to meet Mr. Winter....hahaha you will enjoy it !!!!
    Kisses, Faya

  4. Oh no, I think Cassidy is going to have nightmares after seeing that tree!

  5. Hi Mojo,

That is one evil looking tree. It's like an eye is looking down on you. The rest of your walk looks just lovely. All thos wonderful leaves to play in, yeah!

    Your pal,

  6. Mojo Girl!!

Love your leaf blowing photo! Did you churn all those up from the fury of your spin?

Evil tree is definitely staring you down. I'd watch out too if I were you.

    Goober love,

  7. Hi, Mojo
Sure it was a great place to go for a walkie!
    Nice pictures!
Yes, that is a scary tree!
    Have a good night

  8. Eeeeeep Mojo, that tree looks like something from Lord of the Rings. Best to stay away from it.

  12. Hi Mojo,

We haven't met yet, I don't think -- but we read about you on Harry and Cassidy's and Jackson's blog and wanted to come say hi.

That is one evil-looking tree. I bet it ate all the squirrels who dared to come near it and got serious indigestion.

    Come visit!!

  13. Mojo, I love that tree!! Your walking place looks amazing. I wish I could come for a hike with you.

  15. Yep, that tree bears watching on your walks. I'd skip that one. The rest of the woods look lovely though!
